Dance4Joy is a blend of dance, yoga and some martial arts all done to music that is as varied as the movement. The class will teach some steps to provide a framework but there’s no right or wrong. Who cares if you’re going right when everyone else is going left? Students dance barefoot and in whatever is comfortable and allows for a wide range of movement, including floorplay.
