The stylish Conservatory Restaurant at Schoone Oordt Country House in Swellendam is the setting on Friday 15th June for the Charl du Plessis Trio – one of the most versatile and respected crossover ensembles in South Africa. The diverse style of music ranges from Baroque, Latin, Swing and Classical to Funk and sets them apart from other instrumental groups. A cash bar and snacks will be available to purchase, and a complimentary glass of flagship Sijnn Red 2008 . Clock Peaks Coffee is a familiar and welcome sight at many local events – this coffee Roastery, whose name is inspired by the mountain peaks of Swellendam, will be providing festival goers at the Silver Mountain Music Festival with an opportunity to sample some of their delicious roasts – some dark and full bodied, some smooth and creamy, with subtle aromatic flavours, some rich and full mouthed –and all absolutely delicious. If you are unable to attend the festival, then make a turn at their Roastery at JJ s Business Park in Swellendam, where you will be very well welcomed and you can attend a cupping and / or a tasting.

Sijnn Wines is partnering with the festival which means you will be able to enjoy their unique and wonderful wines at various events. Their flagship Sijnn Red 2012 will be paired with the Classical Concert on Thursday and at Richard Cock & Friends Concert on Saturday. The SIjnn Red 2008 will make its appearance on Friday.Their wines are Intense, warming, and complex – perfect on a cool winter’s evening.
