Join the talented young musicians of the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra for a programme of sparkling music.
On Sunday, September 15, at 3: 30 pm, the Cape Philharmonic Youth Orchestra will perform in the Oos-Kerk in van Zyl Street, Robertson.
The orchestra consists of 60 talented young musicians between the ages of 17 and 24 and represents all cultural groups.
The event is hosted by Eseltjiesrus Donkey Sanctuary and the emphasis is on utilising music to bring people together in these challenging and troubled times.
The Sanctuary motto is “Ons gee om / A Culture of Caring”.
They invite as many people as possible together to share and enjoy the privilege of good music
This is good news in a demanding and difficult time!
The talented young musicians lead by example and are role models for harmony in these turbulent times.
If their previous visit is anything to go by, a full house is expected and early purchase of tickets is recommended.
Tickets are available at the Tourism Offices in Montagu, Robertson and McGregor or at the Donkey Sanctuary. In Worcester tickets are available at the rooms of vet Dr Gerhard de Wet in Durban Street.

Tickets are only R75 for adults and R35 for children.
Bands in the valley, orphanages, old age homes and children involved in music programmes can apply for special prices.
