Temporary Receptionist

Responsibilities:
 Manage the front office, make sure reception area is neat, clean and tidy at all times
 Manage switchboard which entail answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
whilst providing basic information to customers as well as liaising with staff
 Manage the availability of meeting rooms
 Arranging couriers
 Order and manage all stationery and office supplies
 General administrative and clerical support
 Relief for receptionist in main office building
 Willing to be at SOILL on short notice
 Training to be given
Key Competencies:
Education and skills
 Grade 12
 Computer literate
 Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Experience
 1 year reception experience
Interpersonal skills
 Friendly
 Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
