Requirements:

Matric certificate

Matric level Accountancy

Computer Literate

Admin Skills

Advanced Excel & Word skills

Knowledge of payroll systems will count in your favour

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and welcome customers
  • Phone and switchboard
  • Messages
  • Type letters, lists etc.
  • Meeting minutes
  • Petty cash
  • Data capture
  • Supplier & Customer management
  • Reconcile Bank accounts
  • Prepare and send monthly Customer statements
  • Follow up debtors payments
  • Full HR function and record keeping
  • Assist in logistics
  • Filing
  • Manage office cleanliness
  • Record keeping of vehicle, trailers and assets
  • Keeping vehicle licences paid and up to date
  • Managing staff welfare
  • PAYE and VAT submissions
