Over the last couple of years Karoo Art Hotel has established itself as a country hotel offering excellent food: The Gallery Restaurant is a member of the international gastronomic guild Chaîne des Rộtisseurs and a winner of the Klein Karoo Gourmand Restaurant Award, and has a very good Klein Karoo wine list.

The emphasis is very much on South African traditional food, particularly on Karoo dishes, all designed to intrigue and please your taste buds. The restaurant has a few signature dishes such as Karoo lamb cutlets, tender steak, pork belly or Springbok Carpaccio.
