Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office, make sure reception area is neat,
clean and tidy at all times
- Manage switchboard which entail answering, screening and
forwarding incoming phone calls whilst providing basic information to customers
as well as liaising with staff
- Manage the availability of meeting rooms
- Arranging couriers
- Order and manage all stationery and office supplies
- General administrative and clerical support
- Relief for receptionist
in main office building
- Willing to be at
SOILL on short notice
- Training to be
given

- Grade 12
- Computer literate

- 1 year reception experience
