Under the Oaks and Round the Pot

Under the Oaks and Round the Pot

We are very excited to inform you of the following big event:

Under The Oaks Market will be at the showgrounds on Saturday 18th July, 2020.

If you would like to take advantage of this event by setting up your stall you are on the right page!

All traders can set up their stalls on Friday 17th July at the venue between 14H00 and 17H00 as we will not have access for our vehicles  after that, and there will be plenty parking at designated areas.

Round The Pot (RTP) have secured a private security company, 24 hours a day, to secure the whole of the showground premises from Thursday to Sunday.

Registration of cyclists start at about 13H00 till about 17H00 on the Friday, expected registration numbers are about 2000 cyclists.

Some cyclists and their family/partners, will be camping on the premises, at a specific location, so visitor numbers are expected to be around 4000.

There will be a humongous tent with tables & chairs, leather sofas, etc, a passage “tunnel” for the entry and exit of cyclists only, opposite the market, spectators will be on the outside of the tunnel giving us huge exposure.
We will be having a Kiddies Corner and Pony Rides etc.
We will be advertising that the market will be at this event at the showgrounds on the 18th July.

All traders, old and new, please complete this application form for the event, the stall fees are R100 per stall, payable on confirmation of acceptance of your stall.

There will be sufficient electrical points available for those who need them. The bar facility at the show grounds will be up and trading. This gives us enough time to start planning our biggest market day yet.

All stall holders are encouraged to bring their gazebo, tables and a chair or to to rest your feet.

The Committee look forward to your application.
