Reporting to the General Farm Manager, this key role forms part of a professional management and production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, production and management of feed crops, as well as related mechanical activities supporting the dairy herd.

Requirements:

• Agriculture-related qualification (advantageous
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in pasture and feed crop production within a dairy farming environment
• Good knowledge of irrigation systems
• Practical understanding of animal nutrition and dairy herd management
• Strong staff management, planning and organisational skills
