Wildebraam Berry Estate is seeking an experienced and highly competent

Hospitality Manager to oversee our Tasting Room and Accommodation operations.

This role requires a candidate with proven South African hospitality experience, strong operational capability and the ability to maintain consistently high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and sales within the Wildebraam Tasting Room
• Manage all accommodation facilities, housekeeping schedules, and staff performance
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service consistency
• Manage all online listings and booking platforms using NightsBridge (Channel Manager)
• Maintain and optimise listings on Booking.com, LekkeSlaap and Airbnb
• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and upsell opportunities
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and on-site decision-making
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service delivery, and hospitality culture
• Lead, train, and support hospitality staff to ensure professional performance

Minimum Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with NightsBridge (essential)
• Experience with, Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, Airbnb and other relevant platforms
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Relevant hospitality qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and the Overberg region
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
• At least two contactable references from previous hospitality roles
